We believe in a personal God who loves and cares about you. He knows what you need, and He wants to be involved in your life. We believe God brings those who accept His Son Jesus into His spiritual family and gives them the most fulfilling life. God's Holy Spirit actually comes to live in them and helps them to live for Him. This very personal relationship makes possible the most meaningful worship.

Is there salvation through Jesus Christ?
Yes, salvation was given to us free, from Jesus Christ. Some false religions want you to think that you have to do many works to gain salvation, and then they say that even then there is no guarantee that you will be saved. This is not what the bible teaches.
-
Romans 6:23 says "For the wages of sin is death, but the gift of God is eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord".
Yes, it is a free gift! All we need to do is accept it!
What are the first steps to salvation?
It is God's will that we worship Jesus who died for mankind. He loves everyone so that they may be saved and have eternal life with him in Heaven. Jesus is the Son of God, and the Father wants us to know and worship him as God. He will forgive any one, no matter how bad they have been, if they repent and do His will. We have all sinned and made mistakes but if we ask Him for forgiveness He will cleanse us of all unrighteousness.
Also, as an act of obedience we should be baptized, pray, seek His will, read the Bible, obey His commandments and join in fellowship.
Is Jesus Christ the answer to your problems?
Yes, Jesus Christ can help you find the answers for which you have been searching. He can fill the emptiness in your heart. He can give you peace and joy. He died for us so we can live a truly good life with Him leading and guiding us through life.
What is the Coming of Jesus Christ?
All Christians who have died will one day rise from their graves and will meet the Lord in the air. Christians who have not yet died will be raptured or caught up with them to be with the Lord for forever.
No one knows the day nor the hour when the Lord will return. There's one guarantee: As soon as someone predicts the day or time of Jesus Christ's coming, that prediction is wrong. Why? Simply, only God the Father knows when it will be-- Jesus doesn't even know.
Jesus told His disciples:
-
"No one knows about that day or hour, not even the angels in heaven, nor the Son, but only the Father." "Two men will be in the field; one will be taken and the other left. Two women will be grinding with the hand mill; one will be taken and the other left." "Therefore keep watch, because you do not know on what day your Lord will come." (Matthew 24:36, 40 & 42)
Praise and Worship in Freedom Church
The Word of God tells us to worship and serve the Lord only (Matthew 4:10). God desires us to worship and praise Him. Our continuing love for God compels us to worship Him not only during church; instead we should continually praise and worship the Lord for everything He does no matter how large or small it is.
Jesus says that it is not important where you worship, but how you worship God (John 4:23-24). We can worship God anywhere, as long as our attitude is right. Throughout the Bible, we read about people praising the Lord in all kinds of places—mountaintops, prisons, palaces, homes, and even in the stomach of a huge fish. The most important part is that we worship the One True God with all of our hearts.
Why do you lift your hands in worship to the Lord?
Many scriptures emphasize the importance of lifting hands in prayer to God’s holy name. In 1 Timothy 2:8, we are told that God desires us all to pray and worship Him—“I want men everywhere to pray.”
Psalms 47:1 tells all people to clap their hands and shout to God with joy. The God we serve is the great King of all the earth and sits on His Holy throne. He is a great God who should be praised.
In 2 Chronicles 20:19 we read that the people stood and worshiped the Lord. They praised God with very loud voices. This verse expresses the significance of Christian’s worshiping God through standing and singing praises to the Lord.
Why do you play instruments during the worship service?
In Psalms 150 we learn that with instruments, God’s people can praise His Holy name. We are to praise Him in the church and in the streets. We are to use every instrument from the trumpet and saxophone to harp, all the stringed instruments, including the violin and piano, and drums and cymbals. “Let everything alive give praises to the Lord.” Psalms 150:6.
At Freedom Church you will hear a various instruments during praise and worship services
Other Questions about Freedom Church
Why is the Bible so important to Christian’s?
The Bible is God’s love letter, his message to us on how we should live. We recognize the Bible as God's Word, given and preserved for all generations. We believe it is totally accurate, and is the authoritative standard by which to measure beliefs and conduct. That's why preaching and teaching of the Bible is central to every worship service and program of our church.
Why do you have speaking in tongues and the interpretation in church?
The Holy Spirit displays God’s power through believers as a means of helping the entire church. This can be done through speaking in tongues and the interpretation of these tongues. This comes through the power of the Holy Spirit speaking within a believer. One who speaks in tongues is not speaking to people, he is speaking to God. But, through interpretation the church can be edified, instructed and strengthened.
Believers should cherish the gift of speaking in tongues and the interpretation because through these God given gifts we can hear directly from the Lord and magnify His name.
Why does the church pray at once for specific needs?
God’s Word tells us that when two or more of us pray to God with one purpose in mind that it will be done by our Father in Heaven. We can trust and believe on God’s promises.
What is prophecy and why do we prophesy?
Prophecy is a message sent from God to help the whole church by giving people strength, encouragement and comfort.
Why do we receive tithes and offerings?
Tithing is giving a tenth of one’s income. In the book of Malachi it insists that failing to tithe is robbing God of what rightly His. Tithing is an outward sign of an inward commitment that all you have belongs to God.
Why is it important to be reverent in the sanctuary?
The sanctuary is a place to be a place of holy place. This means having reverence and respect for the Lord and His House. We can lose much by not keeping our focus on the Lord and cause others to be distracted because of restlessness during service.
We must always keep in mind that we are in the presence of the Lord and the importance of reverence and respect in God’s House.
